About your tutor: Tamsin Shendi is a poet, workshop facilitator, and creative guide with a passion for holding inclusive, nurturing spaces for artistic expression. She is a graduate of the Creating Circles course, a recognised certification focused on the principles and practice of holding space with sensitivity, presence, and care. This training underpins her approach to teaching, ensuring that each session feels supportive, grounded, and thoughtfully led. Tamsin is also a self‑published poet, bringing her own creative practice directly into her work with learners. Her writing explores emotion, connection, and the subtle threads of everyday experience—insights she shares generously with those she mentors. With four years of experience running poetry workshops, Tamsin has guided countless participants in developing their voices, experimenting with form, and building confidence in their writing.
