Craven Arts at Grassington Festival

After local organisation Craven Arts was launched back in April with a free day of arts activities for all ages in Skipton, members are now turning their attention to Grassington Festival with an Interactive Art and Info Exhibition on Sunday 26th June.

The exhibition will not only showcase talented members work but will also form part of the Festival’s Rainbow Challenge. This exhibit is linked to the overall theme of COLOUR and will have information and member showcases as well as creative interactive displays to come and play with!

Craven Arts has over 30 local artists members, many of whose work has been exhibited across the world, and over 20 supporting members. It recently launched a new website and aims to make arts and culture more accessible across the district as well as bringing people together in informal settings to get creative.

The Rainbow Challenge costs £10 and those taking part will receive a free white t-shirt and pair of sunglasses. Under 7s go free as long as they bring their own t-shirt and sunglasses. Challenges start at 11.00am, 12 noon and 3.30pm. Pre-booking is recommended.
