Summer Exhibition 2025
Responding to Yorkshire Poetry
Our summer exhibition is just around the corner and this year we invite you to connect your exhibits to local poetry. Yorkshire is home to an abundance of talented poets, ranging from local enthusiasts to the nation’s Poet Laureate. You can choose a poem, a verse, or a piece of prose to display alongside your artwork, allowing visitors to engage more deeply with your painting, your philosophy, or your personality.
Some Yorkshire Poets
Whether you choose the work of one of these poets, a verse or two
from a favourite song or some other source, don’t forget to credit the
creator so we can include it at the exhibition.
