Join our Craven Arts Sketchbook Club! Regardless of whether you are a novice or a seasoned artist, you will have the chance to explore and experiment with new techniques and materials. Tackle the blank page in your sketchbook through a range of activities such as drawing, painting, printmaking, mixed media and collage in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere. Objectives: Explore different techniques Access to different kinds of media Mix of tutor-initiated and self-guided art-making Respond to different themes Develop own visual style Bring your own sketchbook; it can be any size and already have work in. All other materials will be included. This course has given me oodles of confidence.” About your tutor: Jane Carlisle Bellerby, Artist Educator, MA Creative Practice Jane is a silk & mixed media artist and experienced teacher whose goals are to introduce people to a broad range of art techniques and media, improve creative confidence whilst also encouraging people to view companionable art-making as a tool for nurturing personal wellbeing.

Cancellations, refunds and exchanges: If you cancel your course or class 14 clear days or more before the start date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your course or class less than 14 clear days before the start date, refunds will be given at the discretion of Craven Arts. No refunds or partial refunds will be given once the course has started. Craven Arts reserves the right to make alterations to the published details course as necessary and/or cancel the course. In the event that the course has to be cancelled or rescheduled, we will attempt to contact you with as much notice as possible and you will receive a full refund. Craven Arts cannot take responsibility for any of your travel and other costs and/or expenses associated with your attendance or planned attendance of the course (including in the event of changes or cancellation by the Craven Arts). You cannot resell or transfer your place at the course or class without the Craven Arts consent.
