flexible and affordable space hire
Craven Arts House offers flexible and affordable space for short-term hire, with a clear pricing structure outlined in its standard and discounted rate matrix. We offer bookings by the hour, half- day (5 hours) or full-day (08:00am to 18:00), for events, workshops, or rehearsals, while those arranging ongoing weekly hires can benefit from a 10% discount.
All bookings are carefully aligned with the mission of The Craven Arts Charitable Trust, meaning the venue is best suited to creative, cultural, and arts-focused activities. To ensure fairness and sustainability, hire rates are reviewed annually at the end of each financial year, helping the organisation continue to support the local arts community.

Main Hall
Our Main Hall is a flexible and beautiful gallery space, ideal for large exhibitions as well as music events, open mic nights, rehearsals, workshops, meetings, and conferences. Featuring a professional STAS hanging system for displaying artwork and photography, it can accommodate up to 100 guests theatre-style or 75 guests in cabaret, meeting, or workshop layouts.
Front Gallery
Our Front Gallery is a dedicated exhibition space featuring four display walls fitted with a professional STAS hanging system, making it easy to showcase artwork, photography, and creative displays. Bright, adaptable, and welcoming, it provides the perfect setting for exhibitions.
Club Room
Our Club Room is a versatile space suitable for exhibitions, small events, workshops, and meetings. Featuring a professional STAS hanging system for displaying artwork and photography, it offers a welcoming and flexible environment for creative and community activities. The room can accommodate up to 35 guests with theatre-style seating or 15 guests in workshop or cabaret-style layouts.
