Join us for this Yorkshire Day workshop Celebrating the work of David Hockney 10am - 12pm Suitable for ages 9+ Create a vibrant mixed media landscape in the style of David Hockney (1937 - 2026). Become familiar with the colourful artistic style of David Hockney and create your own landscape using watercolour paint, wax crayons and Posca pens, focussing on shape, colour, visual texture and rhythm. All materials provided. About your tutor: Jane Carlisle Bellerby (MA Creative Practice) is a silk and mixed media artist and experienced art class facilitator. Her teaching goals are: To introduce people to a broad range of art techniques and media (easily accessible at home for future art-making). To improve practical skills and creative confidence. To encourage people to view art-making as a tool for nurturing personal wellbeing. To provide opportunities for connection to nature and companionship.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations, refunds and exchanges: If you cancel your course or class 14 clear days or more before the start date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your course or class less than 14 clear days before the start date, refunds will be given at the discretion of Craven Arts. No refunds or partial refunds will be given once the course has started. Craven Arts reserves the right to make alterations to the published details course as necessary and/or cancel the course. In the event that the course has to be cancelled or rescheduled, we will attempt to contact you with as much notice as possible and you will receive a full refund. Craven Arts cannot take responsibility for any of your travel and other costs and/or expenses associated with your attendance or planned attendance of the course (including in the event of changes or cancellation by the Craven Arts). You cannot resell or transfer your place at the course or class without the Craven Arts consent.
