Our Saturday Art Club at Craven Arts House is a welcoming and inspiring space for young people to explore their creativity, develop artistic skills, and express themselves through a wide range of art activities.
Led by experienced artists and tutors, weekly sessions encourage children to experiment with different materials, techniques, and ideas in a supportive studio environment. From drawing, painting, and printmaking to sculpture, mixed media, and creative projects, each session is designed to build confidence, imagination, and a love of making.
Whether your child is a budding artist or simply enjoys being creative, Saturday Art Club offers the opportunity to learn new skills, make friends, and be part of a vibrant artistic community.
Sessions take place during school term time at Craven Arts House, providing regular opportunities for young people to create, explore, and grow through art.

The Craven Arts Saturday Art Club operates during school term time only.
Sessions can be booked in one single payment of £160 for the Autumn Term or on a rolling monthly membership of £35.00 per month, spreading the cost across the year. Sign-up today and the first payment of £35 will be taken on 15th September, prior to the course starting on Saturday 19th September.
The monthly membership secures your child's place in weekly Saturday Art Club sessions throughout the academic year and continues automatically until cancelled, the price is based on 38 sessions being delivered annually.

Craven Arts Saturday Art Club Membership Terms & Conditions 1. Membership The Craven Arts Saturday Art Club operates during school term time only. Places are offered through a rolling monthly subscription of £35.00 per month, spreading the cost evenly across the year rather than requiring advance termly payments. The subscription reserves your child's place in weekly sessions throughout the academic year and will continue automatically until cancelled. No sessions take place during school holidays. 2. Payments Membership fees are £35.00 per month. Payments are collected by Direct Debit or another agreed payment method. Fees are payable throughout the year, including school holiday periods, as costs are spread evenly across 12 months. Failure to maintain payments may result in the place being withdrawn. 3. Cancellation Membership may be cancelled at any time by providing 30 days' written notice. Cancellation requests must be made by email to info@cravenarts.co.uk. Fees remain payable during the 30-day notice period. Cancellations made verbally, via social media, or through tutors will not be accepted. 4. Attendance The subscription reserves a place regardless of attendance. Refunds or credits cannot be provided for missed sessions due to illness, holidays, or other absences. Parents/carers should notify Craven Arts if a child is unable to attend. 5. Changes and Conduct Craven Arts reserves the right to amend session arrangements, change tutors, or cancel sessions where necessary. We are committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment. Craven Arts reserves the right to withdraw a participant's place where behaviour is unsafe or significantly disruptive. 6. Medical Information and Data Protection Parents/carers are responsible for providing accurate emergency contact details and informing Craven Arts of any relevant medical conditions or support needs. Personal information will be managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation. 7. Acceptance By enrolling in the Saturday Art Club and commencing payment, parents/carers confirm that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Jane Carlisle Bellerby
Jane Carlisle Bellerby is a silk and mixed media artist and experienced teacher whose teaching goals are to introduce people to a broad range of art techniques and media, improve creative confidence whilst also encouraging people to view companionable art-making as a tool for nurturing personal wellbeing.
